Welcome to My Blog: Exploring Azure, AI, and Software Design

Who Am I?

Hi, I’m Shannon Stewart, a software engineer passionate about cloud computing, AI-powered search, and software architecture. Over the years, I’ve worked extensively with Azure AI Search, Azure Functions, and various cloud technologies to build scalable, efficient applications. I enjoy tackling complex problems, optimizing performance, and applying design patterns to real-world projects.

Beyond my work in Azure, I’ve also built personal projects, including a Sudoku game using Blazor and C#. This project allowed me to dive into algorithmic strategies, game design patterns, and efficient problem-solving techniques.

Why This Blog?

I decided to start this blog to document my experiences, share insights, and provide hands-on technical content related to Azure cloud services and software development. Whether it’s troubleshooting performance bottlenecks in Azure AI Search, implementing serverless solutions with Azure Functions, or applying advanced algorithms to personal projects, I want to create a space where developers can learn and grow together.

Many times, I’ve found myself searching for in-depth explanations of certain Azure functionalities, only to find scattered resources. My goal is to consolidate my learnings into structured, easy-to-follow guides that help others navigate similar challenges.
